What is a chat master?
A chat master serves several purposes;
- Regulate the chat inside the games so players feel welcomed and to protect against any
players wishing to abuse the service.
- Chat masters will also inform you about the cash specials and promotions
- Chat masters will run chat games for extra chances of winning prizes.

Where do the other players come from?
Bingo is an international game and loved all over the globe. You can be playing against people from literally anywhere, as long as they have a computer and the
internet you could be playing against them.
What information do the other players see of me?
Your personal information is secure, please see our privacy policy. Players will not be able to access any important, private or sensitive information about you.
Players will only be able to see your nickname as a means of communication.
Can I play a chat game on my own?
Chat games require more than one person to play the games. In the unlikely event that the halls are quiet then feel free to chat to the chat master who will be there 24/7.
